Quest was initially commissioned to conduct a strategic marketing review of the Norwood Farm Machinery Centre business. The first stage of this assignment included a market research project of key customers to indentify website delivery gaps and opportunities. This research then drove the design and implementation of the website. Quest developed of a fully custom mobile friendly website using SilverStripe complete with product push capability. The website offers fast, intuitive product catalogue functionality with an easy to use content management system (CMS) and Google analytics. In addition, Quest produced high engagement video and photographic content to populate the site and better engage target audiences.
