It’s that time of the year again!

The team at Quest are taking a summer break …

Below is what you need to know while we are away enjoying the summer with family and friends…

Our office will be closed from 12pm on Friday 20 December until Monday 13 January 2020.

A skeleton staff will be on deck from 6 – 13 January.

Technical Support

There will be reduced website technical support from 20 December until 13 January 2020.
Our support hours will be a bit different and as a result there may be some delays in responding to calls and emails during this time.

We will still be monitoring our web server systems and have automatic alerts set up for our support team, and this should keep things as stable as possible over the holiday period.

Please refrain from undertaking any changes to your website during this time. We don’t want you to risk dealing with downtime or site errors!
