Qantas Media Award winner Carl McIntyre has been dedicated to helping businesses grow throughout his career. With projects including award winning placements at the TAB and Maori Television, Carl’s focus has been the implementation of strategic planning with specialist expertise in sales team processes.

Jacqui has had extensive experience in sales and marketing most recently holding the position of Communications Manager at EIT. Jacqui specialises in easy to understand solutions for businesses to help increase sales conversion and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Massey University.

Dirk has been interested in websites for as long as he’s been using a computer. He started out hand coding websites and then discovered the magic of graphic editing software. Dirk is a talented designer and web systems developer with qualifications including a Diploma of Website Design from Natcol Design School in Wellington.

With a strong background in sales, marketing and operations, Megan has enjoyed placements in tertiary education and most recently spent eight years running a tourism industry association. Her passion for people and outstanding service means she knows how to focus on client needs and bring successful projects together.

Caro Uttley

Business Development & Project Manager

After graduating from Massey University, Caro’s career started in Wellington working in IT for Fujitsu and Telecom. Here she helped manage accounts with national corporations such as BNZ and IRD. After moving to Hawke’s Bay, Caro’s sales and marketing reach included projects with the Hastings and Napier councils, Sport Hawke’s Bay and agency work.

Michael Domigan

Michael graduated from University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Communication studies in Public Relations and after travelling for 6 months joined Quest as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. Having worked previously with non-profits and public sector organisations, Michael brings a fresh perspective to the company. His project management skills ensure client projects run to plan.

Stu has had a career in media spanning 40 years. He originally cut his teeth with Radio New Zealand and later worked for TV3 and Sky Sport as a stringer before setting up his own production company. Stu offers a unique range of talents from professional voice, photography and camera work to post-production editing.

Scott is a gifted cameraman and director. Regular projects include Red Bull and Sony Music across shoot locations the length of New Zealand. Scott is also a talented photographer with credits including the All Blacks. With a passion for the outdoors, you’ll often find Scott on the water at one of West Auckland’s famous surf beaches.

Grace assists Quest with market research. This involves business evaluations, pre-qualifications and database management. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Communications degree at Massey University and has also enjoyed placements at Wilson Hurst property services, Te Papa Museum and Black Barn Winery.

Jason Gordon

Animator

As soon as Weta Digital called and snapped him up, Jason has been flat out working on some of Hollywood’s biggest motion pictures. He has a growing list of project credits including The Hobbit series and Iron Man 3. Jason also lends his advanced animation skills to Quest working across a range of assignments.

Jodi is a marketing and business all-rounder, with experience across varied business models including wine, high-end construction technology, distribution and financial services. In assisting Quest with website content and optimisation, her qualification in IT systems and passion for marketing communications comes to the fore.

Sean is an associate and assists with economic trend data and business growth opportunities. Sean’s portfolio of clients includes some of New Zealand’s principal agencies such as Local Government New Zealand, Opus Consultants, Ministry of Economic Development and Work and Income New Zealand.

Gary is an Emmy Award winning cameraman and lighting specialist. He spent 14 years with one of the world’s largest international television networks (Univision) in Los Angeles providing production for commercials, business, travel, celebrity interviews, political and over 2,000 local and nationally syndicated ‘hard’ news segments.

Robin is a full stack developer working primarily in the LAMP environment. Robin is comfortable working with a range of content management systems and PHP frameworks. Robin develops custom solutions that solve our clients individual problems by teasing out the important yet often overlooked details.

Kate is a Director of Quest and has been a guiding light throughout its development. With a unique understanding of people, Kate spends the majority of her time working in the health sector. When she is not doing this, she is busy raising her family and looking after a plum orchard and lifestyle block in Hawke’s Bay.

Corinne Boiloa

Corinne originally hails from New Caledonia but has made New Zealand her home. She assists Quest across a range of production tasks including shoot day lighting and rigging plus post production photographic editing. Corinne is fluent in French and in her spare time loves to cook - c’est bon!

Louise Frend

Louise has a career spanning over 25 years. Louise was Marketing Manager for Tourism Western Australia in New Zealand for seven years. She has worked in many international destinations and enjoys all aspects of working with people and assisting clients to find the best solutions to ensure growth.
