Qantas Media Award winner Carl McIntyre has been dedicated to helping businesses grow throughout his career. With projects including award winning placements at the TAB and Maori Television, Carl’s focus has been the implementation of strategic planning with specialist expertise in sales team processes.

Jacqui Earle

Jacqui has extensive experience in sales and marketing most recently holding the position of Communications Manager at EIT. Jacqui specialises in custom solutions for businesses to help increase sales conversion. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Massey University.

Dirk Christiaans

Web Production Manager

Dirk is a talented designer and web systems developer and has been interested in websites since he’s been using a computer. He started out hand-coding websites and then discovered the magic of graphics editing software. Dirk manages the Quest web and analytics systems and provides training and support.

Megan Harris

Communications & Operations Manager

With a strong background in sales, marketing and operations, Megan has enjoyed placements in tertiary education and most recently spent eight years running a tourism industry association. Her passion for people and outstanding service means she knows how to focus on client needs and bring successful projects together.

Caro Uttley

Caro Uttley

Business Development | Project Manager

After graduating from Massey University, Caro worked in IT for Fujitsu and Telecom. Here she helped manage accounts for corporates such as BNZ and IRD. After moving to Hawke’s Bay, Caro’s sales and marketing reach was extended including projects with the Hastings District and Napier City Councils, Sport Hawke’s Bay plus additional agency work.

Michael Domigan

Michael graduated from University with a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Public Relations. After travelling, he joined Quest in a Sales and Marketing role. Having worked previously with non-profits and public sector organisations, Michael brings a fresh perspective to Quest. His project management skills ensure client projects run to plan.

Stu Kelly

Director of Photography

Stu has had a career in media spanning 40 years. He originally cut his teeth with Radio New Zealand and later worked for TV3 and Sky Sport as a stringer before setting up his own production company. Stu offers a unique range of talents from professional voice, photography and camera work to post-production editing.

Scott Sinton

Director of Photography

Scott is a gifted cameraman and director. Regular projects include Red Bull and Sony Music across shoot locations the length of New Zealand. Scott is also a talented photographer with credits including the All Blacks. With a passion for the outdoors, you’ll often find Scott on the water at one of West Auckland’s famous surf beaches.

Tania has had a career as a graphic designer for close to 20 years. With roles in both print and digital, Tania keeps the customer front and centre of every project. Her better by design thinking helps create more desirable products and services. The result is faster growth and competitive advantage for Quest’s valued customers.

As soon as Weta Digital called and snapped him up, Jason has been flat out working on some of Hollywood’s biggest motion pictures. He has a growing list of project credits including The Hobbit series and Iron Man 3. Jason also lends his advanced animation skills to Quest working across a range of assignments.

Corinne Boiloa

Corinne originally hails from New Caledonia but has made New Zealand her home. She assists Quest across a range of production tasks including shoot-day lighting and rigging plus post-production photographic editing. Corinne is fluent in French and in her spare time loves to develop her still photography skills and home cooking - c’est bon!

Melanie is a strategic digital marketing professional who has extensive expertise in planning complex digital marketing initiatives. Melanie has worked both agency and client-side, developing all kinds of digital solutions from one page websites all the way through to fully automated lead nurture campaigns.

Fred Lowry

Fred brings new skills to Quest. Being a Millennial, he is a digital native and solves problems in new and creative ways. Fred completed his Bachelor of Creative Technologies Degree at Weltec in Wellington. Here his study of film making, animations and 3D modelling is helping Quest to better connect with its audiences.

Robin Gorry

Robin is a full stack developer working primarily in the LAMP environment. Robin is comfortable working with a range of content management systems and PHP frameworks. Robin develops custom solutions that solve our clients individual problems by teasing out the important yet often overlooked details.

Maddi Lowry

After completing a Commerce degree in marketing and management at Victoria University, Maddi was selected for a graduate position with Toyota New Zealand. She has now decided to specialise in her passion for marketing with Quest. She is looking forward to bringing fresh ideas and new perspectives.

Kate Averill

Director

Kate is a Director of Quest and has been a guiding light throughout its development. With a unique understanding of people, Kate spends the majority of her time working in the health sector. When she is not doing this, she is busy with family and looking after a plum orchard and lifestyle block in Hawke’s Bay.
