ISL Industrial Ltd operates from a modern purpose-built distribution warehouse and office facility located in East Tamaki, Auckland. ISL distributes over 40 brands imported from all over the world such as Champion Fasteners, Groz and Teng Tools, with distribution through retail partners nationwide.
Quest has been a strategic marketing partner for ISL for a number of years. The assignment began with a strategic review of the business and identification of key areas for growth. Subsequent activity included the production of high engagement video education content to help drive revenue for ISL’s leading Teng Tools product range.


In addition, e-commerce website development included ISL Industrial reseller partners such as Buy Tools Online [WR Twigg] and Tool Time Online. The custom e-commerce solutions offer a range of smart features including brand and category product filters, advanced product search, supplier drop shipping for orders. The sites also feature an inventory management solution allowing suppliers to add or remove products and update existing stock quantities automatically on a daily basis.


Business results have been strong with +30% annual revenue growth for Teng Tools products in New Zealand.
