Japanese owned Juken New Zealand has been involved with the forestry and wood-processing industries for over 20 years.

Quest was initially assigned to produce video content and television commercials to support the popular architecture programme ‘Grand Designs New Zealand’. In addition, professional photography was supplied by Quest for digital and print communications. Quest also produced an animated video explaining the high integrity of the J-Frame wood treatment process. Quest also developed a responsive website for Juken which features a Chinese translated version. The site features direct links to Trade Store locations for local purchasing and a compliance section, including downloadable documents. In addition, Quest asissts Juken with ongoing marketing suport such as Google Ads campaigns.

Zoho CRM: Zoho has been voted by many as the leading CRM and Project management system in the market given its low pricing and high functionality. Quest helped Juken NZ install and set up trial data in Zoho and provided in depth guidance to ensure the business received optimal value from the software.
