Japanese owned Juken New Zealand has been involved with the forestry and wood-processing industries for over 20 years, manufacturing innovative wood products from selectively planted and managed Radiata Pine for local and export markets. The company has approximately 800 staff, two forestry assets and four wood processing plants in the North Island.
Quest was initially assigned to produce video content and television commercials to support the architecture programme ‘Grand Designs. In addition, professional photography was supplied by Quest for digital and print communications. Quest also produced an animated video explaining the high integrity of the J-Frame wood treatment process.
Quest developed a mobile responsive website for Juken which also features a Chinese translated version. The site features direct links to Trade Store locations for local purchasing and a compliance section, including downloadable documents, and product sustainability information. In addition, Quest asissts Juken with ongoing marketing suport such as Google Adwords campaigns plus the implementation of ZohoCRM, a sales support software system.
