Croplands Spray Shop is a family business with a long history and connection, starting back in 1972, when Miles Deck started Croplands Equipment in Wellington. Today Croplands Equipment manufactures quality spray equipment, components and accessories and is based in Australia with a turnover of approximately $60 million.
Quest’s aim was to develop the foundation of Cropland Sprayshop’s marketing with high-engagement communications to build the business brand and enhance its market position. A strategic marketing review was undertaken and preparation of a marketing plan including vision, goals, SWOT analysis, action plan and performance metrics. Next the company’s brand was redesigned by Quest, and a Brand Style Guide produced to ensure brand reproduction consistency and style.
A mobile-friendly E-commerce website was then developed to launch the business as an online retailer for sprayers and spray equipment parts and accessories in New Zealand, and to promote the Croplands service agency to the local market.
The new e-commerce website incorporates video content for added customer engagement. The videos include an overview of the bsuienss, company history, key products and services plus client testimonials. Quest also provided professional photography for website banners and product shots for the website catalogue.
Croplands Sprayshop also use Quest’s ongoing marketing support service to deliver strategy development, online campaigns, website content, e-mail marketing, print and graphic design plus monthly analytics reporting and recommendations.
