Hamish is the founder of Quest and is a multi-award-winning marketer. Quest launched in 2005 and Hamish has been driving success across business sectors in New Zealand and Australia ever since. At Quest, your results mean everything and Hamish embodies the core values of customer first, can do and no bull.
Dirk is a talented website designer and developer with a deep knowledge of website processes and customisations. Dirk is another 10-year Quester and manages our website systems and analytics. Dirk is always a client favourite due to his patient and clear website training and support service.
Michael graduated from University with a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Public Relations. After travelling, he joined Quest in a Sales and Marketing role. Having worked previously with non-profits and public sector organisations, Michael brings a fresh perspective to Quest. His project management skills ensure client projects run to plan.
Briar brings a broad range of skills to Quest, honed from a background in marketing, freelance writing, and research. She is passionate about helping people tell their unique stories and loves figuring out how to share it in the most engaging way. When not working for Quest, Briar runs her own WWI & WWII research business.
Tania has had a career as a designer and project manager for close to 20 years. Tania keeps the customer front and centre of every project. Her better by design thinking and can-do attitude helps create more desirable products and services. The result is faster growth and competitive advantage for Quest’s valued customers.
Tash has spent more than a decade honing her skills in digital marketing. Working with numerous businesses she has provided valuable insights into a wide range of digital and social media strategies. When she’s not busy crafting campaigns, she’s chasing after her two lively kids and partner.
Ra is a gifted digital creative, designer and animator. After completing his degree in Visual Communication Design at Massey University, Ra worked for KooGa New Zealand. His Quest project credits include Juken New Zealand and Tumu Timbers. Ra is also a brand development and social media marketing specialist.
Stu extends considerable experience to Quest’s production and is another 10-year Quester. He originally cut his teeth with Radio New Zealand and later worked for TV3 and Sky Sport. Stu offers a unique range of talents from professional voice, photography and camera work to post-production editing.
Mel has a strong background in design including print, websites and social media. Mel is people-focused, with a drive to build long-standing relationships that guide clients successfully to their end goal. In her spare time Mel creates wedding, lifestyle, and business magazine-style Journals for her Pixel Project clients.
Fred brings new skills to Quest. As a Millennial, he’s a digital native and solves problems in new and creative ways. Fred completed his Creative Technologies Degree in Wellington where his study of film has led to a wide range of projects including Disney’s Avatar. Fred helps Quest with special video projects.
Kate is a Director of Quest and has been a guiding light throughout its development. With a unique understanding of people, Kate spends the majority of her time working in the health sector. When she is not doing this, she is busy with family and looking after a plum orchard and lifestyle block in Hawke’s Bay.
If you’ve visited our Quest HQ in Hawke’s Bay, then you’ve probably met Pipi our resident meet and greet personality. She’s loved by everyone at Quest and is great company on our countryside walks. Pipi is energetic and affectionate and when not working, she’s in charge of entertainment.
