Quest was approached to reposition Anglican Care Waiapu (ACW) to better connect with customers and stakeholders across the East Coast of the North Island.
As the social services arm of the Anglican Diocese of Waiapu, ACW delivers a wide range of community services from family support and early childhood education to grief programmes and care for older people across Bay of Plenty, Tairāwhiti, Hawke’s Bay and Tararua.
The challenge was to bring clarity and cohesion to a diverse organisation ensuring the brand could reflect both its deep heritage and its modern role in supporting communities.
Quest focused on what already underpinned the organisation:
From there, we clarified the positioning and built a brand platform that could unify the organisation while remaining authentic to its purpose.
The design direction focused on warmth, clarity and connection:
Delivered across a suite of work – website, photography, video, print and digital communications.
The key takeaway was that the purpose was already strong. The opportunity was to bring it together into a story people could easily connect with.
