Quest’s assignment was to help launch Workplace Wellness in the market. The business focus is enabling meaningful conversations about wellness and wellness culture in the workplace. Extensive research reveals more fulfilled employees and increased productivity.
Quest’s first task was to determine strategic marketing gaps and opportunities. Working closely with the owners and with grant funding from NZTE via the Regional Business Partner Network, a strategic marketing plan was developed for the business. A full work programme resulted and included the development of a refreshed and contemporary brand mark. This was followed by the production of high engagement video and photography content, and a new website to enhance the digital experience for users.
The mobile-friendly website highlights key programmes, and includes blogs, a contact form, SEO tools and Google Analytics. The client can easily change content and add new pages using the Content Management System (CMS) supported by comprehensive training videos. Quest also provides ongoing website support with 24/7 monitoring, security, theme updates, website content backups and robust hosting.
