Shattky Optometrists enjoyed 100 years of successful operation but consumer understanding of the added value Shattky service was being eroded as increasing competition emerged in the marketplace.
The challenge was to reposition the business and to differentiate it from other optometrist practices operating under the same collective Visique positioning. Refocusing on the competitive advantages of the business was critical. Differentiation was achieved through the development of a new brand which was aligned to vibrant, contemporary design elements.
Brand style guide standards were introduced and photographic imagery secured to provide consistency across key communications. Quest successfully developed print, website and point of sale material and strategies included the development of social media and web video. An emphasis on 100 years of expert eye care and world class customer service were the main focus of delivery.
