Quest’s marketing assignment was to help reposition Ovis in the market and better engage stakeholders. Ovis Management Ltd is a non-profit organisation promoting the control of Sheep Measles. The Ovis Management programme is supported by major processors and monitors 98% of New Zealand lambs processed. Funding partners include Silver Ferns Farms, Ovation, Affco, Alliance, Progressive Meats and Atkins Ranch.
The first task was a research project to determine strategic marketing gaps and opportunities. Working closely with the Ovis board, a full work programme resulted and included the development of a fresh and contemporary brand mark. This was followed by the production of high engagement video and photography content to improve the digital experience for users. A range of print material was also redesigned.
The mobile-friendly website highlights key programmes and includes a contact form, SEO tools and Google Analytics. The client can easily change content and add new pages using the Content Management System (CMS) supported by comprehensive training videos. Quest also provides ongoing website support with 24/7 monitoring, security, theme updates, website content backups and robust hosting. In addition, Quest delivers ongoing support for Ovis including marketing strategy, social media management and reporting.
