Quest’s assignment was to help reposition Holistic Wellness in the market and better engage people in need. In 2014, founder Robin Wilson left a 34-year career in banking and became a certified Health and Wellness Coach and Remedial Massage Therapist. Today Robin has built a successful business helping people who are feeling stuck, tired, lacking in energy, and also those suffering from an autoimmune disease or digestive issues.
Quest’s first task was to determine strategic marketing gaps and opportunities. Working closely with the Robin and with grant funding from NZTE via the Regional Business Partner Network, a strategic marketing plan was developed for the business. A full work programme resulted and included the development of a refreshed and contemporary brand mark. This was followed by the production of high engagement video and photography content, and a new website to enhance the digital experience for users.
The mobile-friendly website highlights key programmes, and includes blogs, a contact form, SEO tools and Google Analytics. The client can easily change content and add new pages using the Content Management System (CMS) supported by comprehensive training videos. Quest also provides ongoing website support with 24/7 monitoring, security, theme updates, website content backups and robust hosting.
